ROLL REGIONAL SUPPORT CENTERS
The key element of the ROLL Project providing for regional ties and partnership are six ROLL Regional Support Centers opened on the basis of existing ecological organizations. Staff members of the centers have been trained in working with applicants and grantees.
Jointly with the Russia Representative Office of the Institute for Sustainable Communities the Regional Centers (RCs) carry out day-to-day coordination of local activities throughout the entire territory of the Russian Federation:
- Provide consultations to applicants and grantees.
- Carry out training activities in filing grant applications and grant management.
- Collect applications and estimate their compliance to the established requirements.
- Disseminate information about the Project and results achieved at the local and federal levels.
- Provide services in searching for partners.
- Organize and participate in the regular RCs seminars and in the thematic grantees’ seminars.
- Work with donors and other programs.
- Participate in monitoring and evaluation of ROLL projects.
